Welcome to Reveal Your Zeal! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reveal Your Zeal website and your participation in any coaching services provided by Reveal Your Zeal LLC (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "The Coach"). By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. Scope of Services and Professional Disclaimer

1. Christ-Centered Inner Healing Coaching Reveal Your Zeal LLC offers Christ-Centered Inner Healing Coaching. Our services are faith-based, designed to facilitate spiritual and emotional growth, and help clients align their identity with Christ.

2. Coaching is Not Therapy or Medical Care

  • Crucial Distinction: You acknowledge that our coaching services are not a substitute for professional licensed mental health care, psychotherapy, or any medical diagnosis or treatment. The coaching relationship is not therapeutic in nature.

  • Non-Diagnosis: The Coach does not diagnose or treat mental disorders as defined by the DSM-5.

  • Legal & Financial Advice: The Coach is not an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and our services do not include legal, financial, or any other licensed professional advice.

3. Crisis and Emergency Care

  • No Emergency Services: Reveal Your Zeal LLC does not provide emergency, crisis, or 24-hour care. If you are experiencing a mental or physical health emergency, you must immediately contact 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

  • Right to Refer: The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate the coaching relationship and provide a referral to a licensed professional if, in the Coach’s professional judgment, your needs exceed the scope of our coaching expertise (e.g., severe clinical depression, active suicidal ideation, or deep-seated trauma).

II. Client Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

1. Client Responsibility: You, the Client, are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship. As the "expert" on your own life, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the coaching process.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes: You understand and agree that the Coach cannot promise or guarantee any specific results—spiritual, emotional, or physical. Results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, consistency, and, in our faith-based context, the sovereign work of God.

3. Limitation of Liability: In no event will Reveal Your Zeal LLC be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. You hereby release and discharge the Coach from any liability regarding the outcomes of the coaching relationship. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services rendered.

III. Program and Payment Terms

1. Program Enrollment: All enrollment in coaching programs is governed by the terms of the Reveal Your Zeal Coaching Agreement, which these Terms supplement.

2. Reveal Your Zeal Program: The Reveal Your Zeal Program is defined as a 4-month intensive engagement that includes ten (10) one-on-one, 60-minute virtual sessions (via Google Meet).

3. Investment Options:

The investment for the Reveal Your Zeal Program is as follows:

  • Pay-in-Full Option: A single payment of $3,500, due prior to the first session.

  • Payment Plan Option: A total investment of $3,850, paid in four (4) monthly installments of $962.50.

4. Automatic Billing and Failed Payments: By selecting the Payment Plan, you authorize Reveal Your Zeal LLC to automatically charge the credit card on file on a monthly recurring basis for the four installments. In the event of a failed payment, sessions will be paused immediately until the payment is successfully processed.

5. Maintenance/Ongoing Support: After completing the initial program, clients may choose to transition to a month-to-month maintenance phase. The investment for this phase is $400 per month for two (2) 60-minute sessions.

IV. Financial Policies

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: All cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.

2. Refund Policy and Termination

  • No Refunds: Due to the time, resources, and specific nature of coaching services, all payments made are non-refundable. We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy for payments already processed.

  • Early Termination by Client: If you choose to terminate the program early, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, and if you are on a Payment Plan, the remaining balance of the full $3,850 program fee remains immediately due and payable.

  • Termination by Coach: If the Coach terminates the agreement for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Client, the Client will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the package.

3. Program Pause (Grace Clause): The Client may request a one-time pause or “freeze” of the program for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days in the event of a documented personal emergency. You understand that scheduled installment payments will not be halted during this pause period.

V. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

1. Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all information shared by the Client, and will not disclose this information without the Client’s written consent.

2. Important Exceptions to Confidentiality: Confidentiality may be broken, and information may be disclosed, under the following circumstances where The Coach is ethically and legally bound to report:

  • A clear and imminent threat of harm to yourself or others.

  • Ongoing physical or sexual abuse of a child or elder.

  • If disclosure is required by a court of law.

3. Intellectual Property (IP): All materials, including but not limited to, exercises, tools, methods, worksheets, and resources provided during the sessions and the Reveal Your Zeal Program are the exclusive intellectual property of Reveal Your Zeal LLC. These materials are provided for the Client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, replicated, sold, or used for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of Reveal Your Zeal LLC.

VI. General Website Clauses

1. Privacy Policy: Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy here: https://www.revealyourzeal.com/privacy-policy.

2. Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Reveal Your Zeal LLC is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such websites, resources, or the content, products, or services on or available from those websites.

3. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
