The Journey

Reveal Your Zeal incorporates four intentional phases throughout the coaching process: Reveal, Feel, Heal, Seal. This was inspired by my own healing journey with Jesus. In 2020, I had hit an all-time low and found myself stuck in destructive cycles that I so deeply desired to break free from. In 2021, I moved to the middle of no-where Wisconsin to pursue a dream job as a wilderness therapist. What I thought would be a huge advancement for my career, the Lord intended for a divine season of deep healing and relationship with Him.

During my time in WI, my cycles became more apparent. I thought moving away from everything I had known would take away my problems; It ended up exposing them even more. So my prayer became, “Reveal and heal”. I was intentional of seeking the Lord to reveal the parts of me that needed His attention, and asking Him for healing in those areas.

The Lord quickly answered this prayer, and I realized I needed to add to it; “Reveal, help me feel, and heal”. In order to heal, we must feel, and it can be an emotionally painful process. I had turned to so many things to escape, numb, or distract from hard feelings, and I needed Jesus to help me sit with these feelings so I could be relieved of them.

Over the years, the Lord has truly renewed my mind and transformed my heart. My identity and worth were tied to my work and performance, and by His grace and love, He shattered that. He has healed wounds, lies, and shame that were getting in the way of me truly receiving His love and my identity in Him.

He has brought me a long way, and continues to help me learn and grow every day. As I continue on this journey with the Lord, I pray He “seals” His truth, love, and promises into my heart and mind, so I can walk boldly in who He has created and called me to be.

“Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” Romans 12:11

The more we align with God, the more we know who we are. As we heal and break free from hurt, habits, and shame, we are more capable of embracing our gifts, passions, and calling. When we walk in alignment of who God created us to be, our desire and love for the Lord gets deeper and deeper.
